Payment protection

Treatment caps in writing for both toxins — 120u Daxxify or 180u Dysport or 64u Botox.

Unused treatments roll forward; at each anniversary, unredeemed treatments convert to service credit.

Treatments redeem against accrued payments: each month’s fee accrues toward the next covered treatment; a member who books before enough has accrued (e.g., a first treatment in month one) pays the difference at the member rate at that visit.

3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice by phone or in person. Not stackable with tier discounts or package pricing; manufacturer rewards (Revance program, Aspire) still apply.
